  • Job Overview: Call Center Representative (Consultant)
  • Position: Call Center Representative
  • Locations: Abuja & Kano
  • Number of Vacancies: 2
  • Project: Com-WATCH (Antibiotic Stewardship Platform)
  • Contract Duration: Until December 31, 2026 (initial 6-week phase starting May 2026)

 

Selected candidates will act as the first point of contact for users of the Com-WATCH platform, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth user experience across mobile apps, WhatsApp chatbot, and web platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities

Successful applicants will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Guide users on platform features such as verification tools and stock tracking
  • Respond accurately using approved knowledge resources
  • Log all interactions in CRM systems within two hours
  • Escalate urgent issues within one hour
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure issue resolution
  • Participate in weekly reviews and feedback sessions
  • Prepare monthly reports on user insights and system performance
  • Perform quality assurance checks on recorded calls
  • Support testing of new platform updates

 

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Pharmacy, Nursing, Social Sciences, Communications, or related fields
  • Candidates with HND, ND, or NCE plus relevant experience may also be considered
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in call center operations or customer support
  • Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured data entry

Language Requirements

  • Kano Role: Hausa, Fulani, and Pidgin English
  • Abuja Role: Igbo, Yoruba, and Pidgin English
  • Both Positions: Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
