Stanbic IBTC Digital Graduate Trainee Programme
Stanbic IBTC Holdings is recruiting for its Digital Graduate Trainee Programme under the Personal and Private Banking business segment. This full time opportunity is based in Lagos Island and is designed to attract and develop digitally skilled young professionals who will drive the organization’s future technology and innovation goals.
The programme offers an intensive learning experience aimed at equipping participants with practical and technical capabilities for a fast tracked career in the financial services sector. Selected candidates will gain exposure to cutting edge digital tools and systems while contributing to the bank’s evolving digital strategy.
- Applicants must possess a minimum of a Second Class Upper degree or its equivalent in an Information Technology related discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates must also have at least five credits including Mathematics and English in GCE, NECO or an equivalent qualification.
- Applicants should not be older than 26 years at the point of engagement and must have completed the National Youth Service Corps with a valid discharge certificate.
The role requires strong technical competence including proficiency in programming languages such as Java C sharp C plus plus JavaScript Ruby and SQL. Knowledge in areas such as cloud computing cybersecurity UI and UX design microservices architecture data analytics blockchain and Linux administration will be an added advantage.
Candidates should also demonstrate strong analytical thinking problem solving ability communication skills and a high level of integrity.
