The Concept Group is currently inviting applications from qualified and motivated professionals for the position of Brokers Sales Executive in Abuja (FCT) and Lagos, Nigeria.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development who are interested in building strong client relationships and driving business growth within a dynamic financial services environment.

 

The Brokers Sales Executive will be responsible for managing broker and client relationships, nurturing leads through the sales process, and ensuring successful transaction completion. The role also involves both B2B and B2C interactions, using multiple communication channels such as phone, email, social media, and in-person engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and retain brokers and clients through offline marketing and referral channels.
  • Follow up on all leads referred by brokers to ensure successful deal closure.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Identify client challenges and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and cross-sell company products to existing and prospective clients.
  • Track and report client feedback, transaction progress, and status updates to management.
  • Collaborate with the Head Brokers Admin for portal updates and operational coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in a similar sales or broker management role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
