About the Role
The Healthcare Quality Consultant will play a key role in strengthening healthcare systems by conducting facility assessments, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and building capacity among healthcare workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of healthcare facilities using SafeCare standards
- Support implementation of quality improvement plans
- Train and build capacity of healthcare teams
- Monitor and track patient safety and quality performance indicators
Requirements
- Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare quality or systems improvement
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to travel across Nigeria
- Proficiency in digital tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MPH or MBA)
- Experience working with SafeCare standards
