Job Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by onboarding shippers, building strong relationships with transporters, and expanding Lodapoint’s logistics network within assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Acquire and manage new and existing clients
- Generate shipment volume and revenue growth
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
- Represent Lodapoint at industry events and business meetings
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to improve service delivery
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in logistics, freight, haulage, or supply chain sales
- Strong network of shippers, transporters, and logistics stakeholders
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of Nigeria’s transportation ecosystem
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
