Job Overview
The Admin Officer will support the Administration Manager in ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. This includes handling administrative processes, coordinating logistics, and maintaining proper documentation to support field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations including supplies, maintenance, and logistics
- Support administrative policies and procedures implementation
- Assist field teams with administrative needs
- Handle purchase requests and maintain filing systems
- Coordinate lease agreements and facility records
- Arrange travel logistics such as hotel bookings and payments
- Maintain accurate administrative and financial records
- Support petty cash management and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with organizational and local regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BSc, or HND) in relevant fields
- Proven administrative experience (NGO experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of local languages and Zamfara context is an added advantage
