Job Summary

The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing SME clients, expanding trade finance portfolios, and strengthening long-term business relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive trade finance growth and deposit mobilization for SME clients
  • Promote financial products such as letters of credit, guarantees, and import/export financing
  • Acquire and manage high-value SME clients
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Provide tailored financial solutions based on client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams including treasury and trade operations
  • Improve overall customer experience and service delivery
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting

The role targets SME clients with turnover up to $100 million or ₦150 billion across sectors like:

Requirements
