1. Field Collection Agent (Kano State)
Locations: Ungogo, Kano Municipal, Dambatta – Kano
Contract Type: Contract
Salary: ₦80,000 (Basic) + ₦20,000 (Transport Allowance)
The Field Collection Agent will be responsible for visiting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding installments. The role also involves verifying customer details, updating repayment records, and retrieving devices or collateral where necessary. Candidates must be willing to work within assigned LGAs and maintain professionalism at all times.

2. Field Collection Officer (Lagos & Ogun States)
Locations: Lagos & Ogun State
Contract Type: Contract
Level: Entry Level
The Field Collection Officer will engage customers with overdue balances, negotiate repayment arrangements, and support recovery processes. The role requires strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to meet recovery targets. Candidates should also be familiar with ethical recovery practices and preferably have knowledge of FCCPC guidelines.

3. Field Collection Agent (Ondo State)

General Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc (depending on role)
- At least 1 year experience in field collection or related roles (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
