Job Overview
The Sales Agent will be responsible for driving customer growth by generating leads, promoting financial products, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new users. Candidates must demonstrate strong sales ability and customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking
- Promote Kuda’s digital banking products and services
- Meet monthly sales targets and close deals effectively
- Conduct product demos and customer presentations
- Ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations
- Support and onboard new customers successfully
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Participate in marketing events and roadshows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of digital banking and mobile technology
- Target-driven mindset with good time management
