Apply to the Young Talents Programme (YTP)
Applications are now open for the 2026 Young Talents Programme (YTP), an initiative by Lagos Business School, part of Pan-Atlantic University. Over the past decade, this prestigious programme has served as a launchpad for some of the brightest young talents across Nigeria and Africa, connecting them with opportunities in business, leadership, and impactful career development.
Now in its 11th edition, YTP 2026 is designed for high-performing recent graduates who are eager to explore the world of business education and gain exposure to thought leaders, industry experts, and academic pathways at Lagos Business School. The programme provides a unique platform for participants to deepen their understanding of leadership, innovation, and career advancement in a dynamic and engaging environment.
The programme is scheduled to take place from July 23 to July 25, 2026, at Lagos Business School. Over the course of three days, selected participants will engage in interactive sessions, mentorship opportunities, and networking experiences designed to inspire and equip them for future leadership roles.
To be eligible, applicants must hold a First Class or Second Class Upper degree (or its equivalent) and must be under 30 years old at the time of application. Candidates who already possess a master’s degree are also encouraged to apply. The programme is open to both Nigerian and international applicants; however, individuals who have previously participated in the programme are not eligible.
The application deadline is June 2, 2026. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply early to secure a chance to be part of this highly competitive and transformative experience.
