CDCFIB 2025-2026 Recruitment Update: Over 793,000 Applicants Disqualified Nationwide
The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has officially released key statistics from its ongoing nationwide recruitment exercise.
Out of a total of 1,873,522 applications received, only 1,120,491 candidates successfully completed and submitted their applications, qualifying them for the Computer-Based Test (CBT) stage.
Meanwhile, 432,935 applications were considered incomplete, and 360,923 applicants were disqualified during the initial screening process—bringing the total number of affected candidates to over 793,000.

CBT Performance Overview:
1. Scores 0–40: 221,996 candidates
2. Scores 41–60: 229,155 candidates
3. Scores 61–80: 278,543 candidates (highest number of candidates)
4. Scores 81–100: 142,697 candidates (top-performing group)
The recruitment process will now proceed to the next stage, which includes physical screening and verification of credentials. Candidates who meet the required criteria will be officially contacted with further instructions.
