Programme Overview
The Eastern Plains Graduate Trainee Programme provides exposure to multiple departments, including supply chain, poultry operations, procurement, engineering, project management, business operations, sales and marketing, and human resources.
Participants will be actively involved in day-to-day activities, allowing them to develop practical knowledge and build a solid foundation for long-term career growth in agribusiness and related industries.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a BSc or HND in relevant fields such as agriculture, sciences, engineering, finance, or business-related disciplines
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or equivalent
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- Have between 0 and 4 years of post-NYSC experience
- Must not be older than 28 years
