The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, which is also called JAMB has started selling application documents for the 2026 Direct Entry programme.
JAMB said this on its X account. They said that people can buy these documents from Monday, 2nd March 2026 and this will go on until Saturday, 25th April 2026.
JAMB made it clear that people can only buy these documents and do the registration at the offices that JAMB has approved. These offices are in states and areas across the country.
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board Direct Entry programme is for people who already have some qualifications. These qualifications include National Diploma, National Certificate, in Education Interim Joint Matriculation Board, A-level certificates and other qualifications that JAMB has approved.
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board Direct Entry programme helps these people get into university programmes at the 200 level without having to take the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, which is also called UTME.
This news comes after the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board finished the registration for the 2026 Tertiary Matriculation Examination, which ended on February 28.
