Position: Assistant Field Manager (2 Openings)

Job Summary
The Assistant Field Managers will support the organization’s child mortality prevention program, which uses conditional cash transfers to encourage mothers to complete their infants’ immunization schedules.
The program operates in collaboration with the Niger State Primary Healthcare Development Board and other stakeholders in the North West and North East regions.
Successful candidates will assist Field Managers in supervising Field Officers, ensuring smooth cash transfer disbursements at public clinics, and maintaining high-quality program implementation across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cash transfer disbursements at public clinics
- Supervise Field Officers across assigned facilities
- Ensure quality program implementation and compliance
- Maintain strong working relationships with clinic staff and stakeholders
- Monitor immunization coverage and retention rates
- Ensure financial accountability and proper fund management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of National Diploma (ND), preferably in Health or Natural Sciences
- Based in Niger State or willing to relocate to Agaie or Borgu LGAs
- Willingness to work at remote public clinics at least four days per week
- Experience with the Nigerian health system and clinic documentation, especially infant immunization
- Strong financial management and accountability skills
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and results-driven
- Strong communication skills in English and Hausa
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet tools, and smartphones
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English (required)
- Knowledge of Nupe and other Niger State languages such as Dibo, Busa, Bisa, Boko, Cishingini, Laru, Reshe, and Kakanda is an added advantage
