Regional Sales Manager Job at CHI Limited – North 2 Region (Kano, Sokoto, Gombe, Yola)
CHI Limited, a leading player in Nigeria’s food and beverage industry, is currently recruiting qualified professionals for the role of Regional Sales Manager. This full-time position is focused on overseeing operations across the North 2 region, covering Kano, Sokoto, Gombe, and Yola.
The successful candidate will be based in Kano and will lead regional sales teams, manage distributors, and drive business growth for popular brands such as Chivita and Hollandia.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Execute national sales strategies at the regional level
- Expand distribution channels and market coverage
- Manage Area Sales Managers and Territory Sales Executives
- Build strong relationships with distributors and trade partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure effective implementation of promotions and sales campaigns
Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree (MBA or MSc is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 7 years’ FMCG sales experience
- At least 4 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of traditional trade and distribution networks
- Proven leadership and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Northern Nigeria market dynamics
