Role Overview
Selected candidates will serve as independent field observers during electoral activities across designated locations in Osun State. The role involves systematic monitoring of election procedures, gathering accurate field information, and reporting findings in line with established observation guidelines and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe and document electoral activities at assigned polling units and communities

Collect accurate, unbiased, and timely data on election processes

Report incidents, irregularities, and notable developments during elections

Support the Centre’s mission by ensuring transparency and accountability in electoral processes

Maintain strict neutrality, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
