Dangote Refinery Graduate Trainee Programme 2026 Opens for Nigerian Graduates
Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals has officially opened applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme, giving young Nigerian graduates an opportunity to begin professional careers in one of Africa’s largest industrial projects.
The programme is designed for high-potential graduates interested in building careers in engineering, refinery operations, technical support, laboratory sciences, finance, information technology, business administration and other related sectors within the oil and gas industry.
According to the company, the 18-month programme will provide selected candidates with hands-on industrial training, practical refinery experience and mentorship from experienced professionals in the energy sector.

Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals� is a subsidiary of the Dangote Group and operates the 650,000 barrels-per-day refinery located in the Lekki Free Zone.
