This fully remote position comes with a monthly stipend of ₦70,000, alongside an additional ₦10,000 data allowance, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals seeking to build a career in customer support, community management, or digital engagement.
The selected intern will act as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries across platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Key responsibilities include responding to customer messages promptly, engaging potential leads, conducting follow-ups, and making outbound calls to support conversions.
In addition, the intern will guide new users through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. The role also involves tracking customer interactions, gathering feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
Applicants are expected to have strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to interact effectively across digital platforms. Basic knowledge of social media tools, good organizational ability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
While prior experience in customer support, sales, or community management is an advantage, it is not mandatory. Candidates with an interest in technology, startups, and customer experience systems are encouraged to apply.
